In 2015, Swedish Match launched their XRANGE line and is branded as a long lasting, slim white, minimal drip product. Their XRANGE line is cheaper than regular General, and they are everything they're branded as. These are a value brand with a name brand product. Swedish Match describes this as having a "mellow tobacco taste with distinct notes of bergamot and citrus, along with hints of tea".
General XRANGE comes in a gray can with a black label. XR is front and center of the can which is really eye catching. General XRANGE comes with 21 portions, weighing .8g each, totaling 16.8g. The nicotine content is 9mg/g which is 7.2mg/portion.
When you first open the can, the you'll find that classic General aroma. The citrusy bergamot is up front with a light tobacco in the background. The taste is identical to the aroma. A citrus from the bergamot with hints of tobacco mixing nicely in the background. The portions are plump for a slim portion and are very soft. The nicotine content feels to be at the regular strength.
This snus is one I always have in stock. It's such a classic taste, that whenever I think snus, I think General. Slim portions are, in my opinion, the best fitting portions and this snus is one of my favorites. If you're interested in a classic/timeless taste, you're definitely going to want to give this one a try!
