All white snus is becoming the next big thing. Swedish Match
knows this and has labeled it as the fourth generation of snus. The first
generation being loose, the original snus. The second generation is portion
snus, coming over 100 years after loose snus. The third generation is a slimmer,
stronger portion snus found in their G3 line. Today we have all white snus, the
fourth generation. Swedish Match describes G.4 Blue Mint as “A mellow and spicy
character with distinct notes of peppermint along with hints of spearmint and
vanilla”.
G.4 Blue Mint comes in a white, semi translucent can with a
white label. Every Swedish Match product I have ever had has a full can catch
lid and this product is no different. G.4 Blue Mint has 24 portions and each
portion is .8 grams each totaling 19.2 grams. The nicotine content is 12mg/g
which is 9.6mg/portion.
When you first open the can, a classic peppermint is what
you will find. I have not been able to find spearmint or vanilla in either the
taste or the aroma. The taste is a long lasting, refreshing mint. The portions
are incredibly soft and fit well in the lip. With this being a white portion, I
can use this snus for about an hour before the flavor begins to run out. The nicotine
content may be slightly higher than a regular portion due to the smaller
portions, but it is not too strong. It feels like a normal slim portion.
This snus is my favorite mint snus on the market right now and use it daily. It is not too sweet, rather a more natural mint. If you are in the US, you can buy this snus online from many different web stores!
